Job Summary
Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and adhering to merchandise, safety, and loss-prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas; role includes promoting credit and loyalty programs, stocking and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, and contributing to a positive store culture through honesty and respect. Requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
