Job Summary
Merchandise Associate deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, maintaining store cleanliness, and upholding safety and labor policies. The role may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs and requires strong customer service skills, adaptability to changes, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Beneficial attributes include teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to lift heavy objects. Location: Rockville Centre, NY. Salary range starts at $17.00 to $17.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
