Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and applying customer experience principles, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store, promote credit and loyalty programs, accurately process transactions, stock and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, participate in store recovery and safety, and uphold merchandising standards. Must be able to adapt to changes, communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, and work a flexible schedule. Required Qualifications
