Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Support store recovery initiatives, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness while responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $17.00 to $17.50 per hour.
