Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, adhering to customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Role may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store. Promote credit and loyalty programs, accurately process purchases and returns, participate in store recovery, merchandising, safety, and loss prevention initiatives, and contribute to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Must possess strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, be able to multitask, work a flexible schedule, and lift heavy objects as needed. Responsibilities include honest interaction with customers, following procedures, and supporting store goals and programs while complying with labor laws and company policies.
