Job Summary
Merchandise Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Roles may include cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. Practices active customer service, promotes credit and loyalty programs, processes purchases and returns per established procedures, supports merchandising and loss-prevention standards, participates in store recovery and safety, and contributes to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Must follow labor laws and store procedures, and may assist with inventory, merchandising standards, and provide feedback to improve operations across TJX brands (Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners, TK Maxx). This position includes starting pay around $15.35–$15.85/hour with benefits eligibility per company plans.
Required Qualifications
- Retail sales experience preferred
