Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness initiatives. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, lifting heavy objects as required, with other duties assigned as needed.
