Merchandise Associate

Role focuses on delivering a highly satisfied customer experience; responsibilities include accurately ringing customer purchases/returns and counting change, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, promoting credit and loyalty programs, participating in store recovery, adhering to merchandising procedures, and supporting loss prevention and safety standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs, and requires strong customer-service orientation, teamwork, effectivecommunication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
