Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers, supports a positive store culture, accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change back to customers, promotes credit and loyalty programs, maintains merchandising standards, processes merchandise for the sales floor, participates in store recovery, ensures cleanliness and organization, and complies with labor laws and policies. Ability to work a flexible schedule, lift heavy objects, and collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience is preferred and benefits are available.
