Cross-training may occur across store areas to support business needs; responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, merchandising to established standards, stocking and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery and safety practices, and providing constructive feedback while upholding labor laws and store policies.
