Merchandise Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store. Ring purchases/returns accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs, and follow merchandising and loss-prevention standards. Process merchandise for the sales floor, participate in store recovery, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to labor laws. Provide great teamwork and support safety, shrink reduction goals, and other duties as assigned.
