Merchandise Associate

Merchandise Associate at TJX (HomeGoods/ TJX family) delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing purchases/returns, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; potential cross-training across store areas; promoting credit and loyalty programs; merchandising to company standards; processing merchandise for sales floor; participating in store recovery, safety, and cleanliness; providing constructive feedback and collaborating with peers to meet labor, shrink, and safety goals. Requires strong customer service, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment; flexible schedule availability; ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
