MERCHANDISE ASSOCIATE – The MDen (Official Team Store of Michigan Athletics), LGM

Merchandise Associate at The MDen (Official Team Store of Michigan Athletics) responsible for delivering an exciting, positive game-day experience for fans through exceptional customer service, sales, and merchandising. Responsibilities include greeting guests, making sales recommendations, maintaining POS accuracy, cleaning and restocking, presenting merchandise to drive additional sales, describing product features and benefits, staying current on promotions and events, managing inventory and plan-o-grams, and assisting with event pop-up merchandising and gift shop setups. Must work well in a team, be detail-oriented with inventory control, and support store operations and events at the University of Michigan. Merchandising skills are a plus.
