Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Promote credit and loyalty programs while supporting shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour with a flexible schedule.
