Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change back to customers, and process merchandise for the sales floor per established procedures. Support store recovery, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in shrink reduction goals while promoting credit and loyalty programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule required to support business needs.
