Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Promote credit and loyalty programs while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay range $13.25 to $13.75 per hour. Located in Evansville, IN.
