Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases, returns, and change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Promote credit and loyalty programs while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Located at 200 Mall Blvd, Monroeville PA, this role offers a starting pay of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour with a flexible schedule.
