Job Summary
Merchandise Associate at HomeGoods TJX: deliver a highly satisfying customer experience through engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Roles may include cross-training across store areas; promote credit and loyalty programs; adhere to merchandising standards; process merchandise for the sales floor; participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention efforts; support labor policies; contribute to shrink-reduction goals; and collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
