Job Summary
As a Merchandise Associate, you will create an exceptional game day experience by greeting guests, making sales recommendations, and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, demonstrating ownership in cleaning and restocking, and assisting in the merchandising of event gift shops. Candidates should possess energy and enthusiasm, a passion for retail, and the ability to work as part of a team while being flexible in duties. Experience in a comparable role and knowledge of merchandising is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in comparable company
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work extended hours on event days
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
