Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor per established procedures. Uphold operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while participating in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to support business needs in multiple store areas. Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
