Job Summary
Greet fans, identify their needs, and make personalized sales recommendations while presenting and upselling merchandise. Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy, support merchandising standards including plan-o-gram execution and visual displays, and assist with store set-up, restocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Participate in inventory management, including counts and accuracy checks, while staying informed on current promotions and venue events. Collaborate with the team to ensure retail locations are prepared and visually appealing. Work extended hours, weekends, and overtime during events, with availability for 35–40+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Accuracy in handling cash, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain standing for long periods
- Availability for 35–40+ hours per week, with flexibility to assist in other areas as needed
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime during events
