Job Summary
Lead the Store Manager in managing store functions, including opening/closing procedures, asset security, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards. Process freight flow, order merchandise, and manage DSD receipt/returns while ensuring all corporate directives like Pull and Hold/Destroy are executed. Plan monthly sales planners, maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels, and oversee cleaning, restocking, and trash removal to uphold company standards. Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and associates while performing duties as assigned. Full-time position located at 7813 Beulah Church Rd., Louisville, Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
