Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Follow established merchandising procedures to prepare merchandise for the sales floor, initiate store recovery as needed, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
