Merchandise Assiciate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, handling purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs, and will promote credit and loyalty programs while upholding merchandising standards and loss-prevention procedures. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, processing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, and contributing to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Requires collaboration with peers and supervisors, adaptability to changing directions, and the ability to lift heavy objects.
