Job Summary
Coordinate with merchants on buying office functions to develop pre-season plans, quarterly forecasts, and actionable strategies that maximize stock efficiency and drive sales. Manage the replenishment system by creating and maintaining model stocks while evaluating assortment performance for additions or deletions. Partner with buyers to analyze business data and optimize inventory allocation. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hyperion, Arthur Planning, and JDA, along with strong communication and time management skills. Full-time role with competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) match, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- Prior retail allocation experience or equivalent retail experience
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hyperion, Arthur Planning, and JDA
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
- Consistently looking for ways to improve processes and share those ideas with team
