Merchandiding Representative

Merchandising Representative in Detroit, MI (field-based role). Driving position requiring a valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to pass an MVR. Pay is $25/hour with overtime as needed; schedule is Wednesday–Sunday; 40-hour work week with presence in the assigned market. Responsibilities include planning and executing merchandising initiatives, calling on target accounts, placing PDQ/signage and displays, stocking shelves and coolers, rotating backstock, placing POS materials, supporting store openings and resets, taking photos for weekly reporting, conducting demos, building an account list, and communicating with the territory/district/region managers. Requirements include 0–2 years of experience in retail or merchandising, high school diploma or GED, ability to work flexible hours, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities, and living in the local county with access to a personal vehicle (vehicle allowance provided).
