Job Summary
Senior Director of Global Experiences at Vibee, leading the operational engine for destination experiences from ideation through execution. This role manages cross-functional teams, oversees end-to-end production, budgets, safety, and vendor relations, and requires extensive travel and on-site leadership to deliver high-impact live events at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in event operations, production management, or related fields within entertainment, hospitality, or live events
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events from concept to execution and delivering strong attendee experiences and financial results
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities; proven experience building high-performing teams
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in event management software and tools; familiarity with financial management systems
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, Google Suite, Airtable, and Asana
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site across locations; ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience managing budgets, POs, accruals, and financial reporting with Finance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a calm, decisive leadership style
- U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform physical tasks as part of event operations

- Ability to operate effectively under high-pressure, high-stakes conditions and on-site during critical windows
- Experience with budgeting, POs, accruals, and financial forecasting in collaboration with Finance
- Knowledge of health, safety, life-safety coordination, EAP creation and on-site staff training
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
