Job Summary
Merch Supervisor oversees front-line merch staff across outlets such as concessions, suites, clubs, restaurant, and catering, conducts pre-shift meetings, handles customer concerns with timely recovery solutions, conducts audits and inventory, trains and motivates staff, ensures policy compliance and safety, collaborates across departments, and upholds appearance/presentation guidelines to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Requires 2-3 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience, knowledge of Southern Nevada health regulations and proper food handling certifications, TAM Nevada training, strong communication skills, and experience with POS/inventory systems. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24x7 environment; physical requirements include lifting, standing, and exposure to theatrical effects. Part-time role based in Las Vegas, NV.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations and proper food handling certifications
- Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class; adheres to TEAM training guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with all levels in the organization in a variety of settings and group sizes
