Merch Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as assigned. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay ranges from $12.75 to $13.25 per hour. Located at 1061 Kelli Dr Unit A, Athens, AL.
