Job Summary
Career Consulting Analyst Co-op in the Rewards practice, based in Vancouver for Fall 2026, in a hybrid role with at least three days in the office. You will provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants, analyzing industry, organizational, and market data to inform talent and rewards strategies. Responsibilities include researching business strategy, corporate performance, and compensation trends; integrating client needs with external market practices to shape go-forward rewards programs; developing client recommendations with the Career team; and preparing client presentations for senior management and executives. Example projects include pay-equity evaluations, compensation benchmarking, incentive program analysis, base salary design, and career-architecture development. Strong analytical, Excel, data-analysis, and presentation skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are required, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. This is a real, structured co-op position with a salary of $65,000 and a hybrid work arrangement.”,
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, business, economics, finance, statistics, accounting, mathematics, or HR (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
