Job Summary
Identify necessary vehicle service and perform repair, service, and maintenance work per dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Key duties include examining customer vehicles, identifying required repairs, estimating costs, performing repairs and maintenance, documenting services, requesting parts, and ensuring work efficiency and safety. Maintain CSI, follow core values, uphold dealership policies, and participate in required training. Communicate effectively with customers and staff; follow timekeeping and safety regulations; operate power tools and test equipment; adapt to shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years automotive experience
- Certified/senior technician with respective manufacturer
- State inspection/emissions license
- ASE certifications or equivalent training
- Valid Driver’s License
