Job Summary
Sell luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles to customers in person, online, and over the phone; present and demonstrate vehicles professionally; maintain follow-up with customers; guide buyers through the purchasing process; close sales and build long-term relationships. Training provided on product knowledge, sales process, and customer engagement, with a structured commission plan, leads from showroom/internet/phone, and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles. Requires effective communication, professional appearance, basic math, and ability to learn and follow a process; background check and drug screening may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
