MEP Systems Manager

MEP Systems Manager responsible for overseeing design review, 3D coordination, submittal approvals, field inspections, and testing/commissioning of Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection, and Controls systems across large-scale construction projects. Drives constructability and code compliance from design through on-site coordination, material submittals, procurement tracking, and close-out documentation. Leads MEP coordination meetings, manages schedules with field supervision, mitigates change-order risk, and fosters a diverse, inclusive, and safety-focused team culture. Requires an undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical, or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience, and 10+ years in managing MEP trades, preferably with data center or mission-critical facilities. Proficiency in coordinating MEP design review, submittal review, field inspections, testing & commissioning, and familiarity with NEC/NC code requirements, NECA factors, and related procurement processes. Strong leadership to attract and develop diverse talent, and the ability to adapt to changing project phases while maintaining safety and quality.
