MEP Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of Retal’s residential and commercial properties; supervise on-site maintenance and technical staff (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil); coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized tasks; inspect buildings, systems, and equipment; respond to tenant maintenance requests; maintain logs and documentation; ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives; train and supervise junior technicians and support staff as required.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in facility or property management, including team supervision
- experience in residential or commercial real estate developments is preferred
- professional certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, FMP) are an advantage
- proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred
