Job Summary
Review construction documents for completeness and coordinate plans with design engineers to resolve discrepancies. Provide coordination, planning, and supervision for MEP scopes while developing site logistics plans and managing project schedules. Manage utilization of tools and equipment, ensuring materials and inspections support the project timeline. Collaborate with project partner superintendents and review contract documents for constructability. This role supports large, complex data center projects within Mortenson's EPC portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or 10 years trade experience
- Minimum 8 years of construction experience with two of those years having supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
- Strong electrical construction background with experience leading MEP scopes on large, complex projects
- Ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex data center projects
- Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
- Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
- Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
- Positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies
- Active listening skills and effective communication including openness to diverse input and feedback

- Current driver's license
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
