Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and dedicated MEP Superintendent with expertise in Healthcare construction for a full-time position at a top ENR GC. Candidates should have at least 5 years of MEP management experience, preferably in healthcare and commercial projects, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or MEP Healthcare Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing commercial projects, higher education, and healthcare construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
