Job Summary
The MEP Superintendent (Facility Solutions Manager) role involves leading technical solutions and management for facility management processes and solutions. Candidates must have minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction, particularly with MEPF/building controls contractors, and should possess a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management or a related field. Responsibilities include managing MEPF trade partners, developing commissioning plans, coordinating Cx testing processes, and ensuring project financial goals are met. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, effective communication skills, and a strong understanding of facilities operations and building systems are essential for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum (10) years of experience in commercial construction with an MEPF/building controls contractor, general contractor, and/or Cx agency
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, construction management, Engineering, or MEP Construction Management
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to function as part of a high-performance team
- Strong working knowledge of facilities operations and building systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- P6 and/or MS Project Experience
- Strong project management skills
- Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint)
