MEP Superintendent - Data Center

Job Summary
MEP Superintendent leading field activities for a data center project in Chesterton, IN. Responsible for supervising electrical, mechanical, and controls subcontractors and self-performed work, coordinating with the Construction Project Manager, Owner's Rep, and vendors to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Oversees safety programs (OSHA, EEO), manages commissioning and start-up activities, ensures proper installation and energization of systems, and coordinates closeout. Requires 5+ years of data center/critical facilities MEP construction experience, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and willingness to travel to the job site on a Mon-Fri basis.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of data center / critical facilities MEP construction experience
- Experience working for a General Contractor or Trade
- Detailed understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems with installation, testing, and commissioning knowledge (MOPs/SOPs)
- Experience in directing and/or supporting the commissioning effort
- Willingness to travel / relocation - onsite M-F for duration of the project
- Demonstrates solid presentation, verbal, written and communication skills
- Proficiency with PC and company tools (email, internet, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Military / veteran experience a huge plus (Navy nukes, Seabees, power generation, etc.)
