MEP Superintendent - Data Center

MEP Superintendent leads field activities on data center projects in Fort Collins, CO, supervising electrical, mechanical, and controls trades and self-performed work. Coordinates with subcontractors and the construction project team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; ensures equipment is on-site when needed; partners with the construction project manager on budget adherence; mentors assistant supers and coordinators; maintains safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the project; oversees field MEP activities, commissioning, troubleshooting, and start-up, and manages vendors for proper installation and energization.
