Job Summary
Lead all field operations for large-scale data center construction projects by managing trade coordination, work sequencing, and daily execution across all scopes. Develop short-interval schedules, enforce site logistics planning, and drive QA/QC processes to ensure zero-incident safety standards. Coordinate installation of mission-critical systems including power distribution, cooling, and fire protection while leading subcontractor management and workforce planning. Manage punchlist execution, closeout sequencing, and substantial completion readiness through direct interface with owners and operators. This role requires 7+ years of field leadership experience on complex commercial or industrial projects.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of field leadership experience on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Strong expertise in mission-critical construction sequencing and system integration
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-trade field teams in high-reliability environments
