Job Summary
Lead MEP coordination and EBMS integration for 60-100 North America sites annually by developing site-level tracking across concurrent projects and managing workstreams from due diligence through deployment. Resolve MEP-related delays, escalations, and RFIs while ensuring compliance with DCIs, quality standards, and Commissioning protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors, general contractors, and key stakeholders to align BMS scope with design intent, create EBMS PORs, and coordinate network readiness with IT and other subcontractors ahead of system startup. Identify and escalate site-level risks before they impact launch dates and deliver MEP systems on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years as an MEP Coordinator, MEP Superintendent or Mechanical Engineering expert
- Knowledge of construction specs (Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26)
- Experience managing and coordinating third party Cx Agents
- Ability to travel up to 25% in the U.S. and Canada
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years MEP coordination experience
- 5+ years with BMS or PLC systems
- PMP or Six Sigma certification
- Experience managing projects across multiple time zones
- Remote team coordination experience
- Experience with project management and AI tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Quicksuite, Power BI, MS Project, AI and Machine Learning, Claude, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and time‐management skills
