Job Summary
Oversee electrical, mechanical, and plumbing coordination on high-end renovations and construction projects; manage project staff and maintain relationships among the project owner, tenants, and professional groups; monitor schedules and budgets, review bids and change orders, and ensure timely, accurate project documentation and closeout deliverables including warranty information and affidavits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science (preferred)
- 10-15 years in commercial construction management
- Heavy Mechanical and/or Electrical background (preferred)
- Exposure to Mission Critical, Data Center projects (preferred)
- Experience with BIM / Navisworks / BIM Glue / Revit or equivalent (expected)
