MEP Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage projects from start to finish by establishing schedules, forecasting resources, and monitoring completion while increasing project financial health. Account for project margins, draft change orders, and handle monthly invoicing and cost projections. Present project schedules, scope, and resource plans to divisional leadership and serve as the primary commercial contact for customers. Negotiate terms and conditions, enforce engineering standards, and provide technical guidance to the team. Determine causes of schedule deviations and implement corrective actions. Balance project finances, customer satisfaction, and team development across large or concurrent projects. Contribute to quality management systems and develop project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5-10 years of project leadership experience
- Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers
- Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Microsoft Project
Desired Qualifications
- Electrical low voltage installation and subcontractor management experience
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems
- Basic understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities
- Basic understanding of instrumentation and control valves for HVAC systems
- Building automation and/or industrial controls experience (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation)
- Onsite commissioning experience
