MEP Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects while analyzing and tracking critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. Verify project governance, processes, and systems are utilized, ensuring application of best practices across multiple construction projects. Monitor progress to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly, manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers, and forecast key milestones and budgets. Provide technical support to owners, architects, and general contractors, including rapid response to RFIs, and offer expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance. Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering required with proven post-graduate MEP experience. Proficiency in Excel, Procore, and project management tools essential. On-site presence may vary based on client needs.
