Job Summary
Project Manager in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field at CESO is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on strict deadlines and within budget. The role includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors/consultants, defining objectives, and overseeing quality control. The Project Manager will handle invoicing and accounts receivable, represent CESO in client communications from initiation through post-agreement marketing activities, and contribute to business development. Primary responsibilities include preparing proposals with scope, schedule, fee budget, managing contracts and negotiations, leading multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying risks with mitigation strategies, leading meetings and client presentations, and supporting overall project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing projects in a design and construction related field is preferred; Or 10 years related experience and/or training is required.
- Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, Deltek, and Newforma.
