MEP Project Manager

Project Manager / Senior MEP Engineer to lead design and construction of MEP projects in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. Responsibilities include managing projects from design through construction, performing design work across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating project planning and scheduling, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business initiatives as the role evolves. The ideal candidate brings PE licensure, experience in consulting engineering environments (preferably small to mid-sized firms), and a proven ability to manage projects while staying technically involved; comfortable wearing multiple hats in a collaborative, team-oriented setting; with an interest in growing into a business leadership role over time.
