Job Summary
Oversee daily M&E operations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring maintenance aligns with schedules, SOPs, and safety standards. Lead managers and engineers while managing contractors and vendors for outsourced services. Act as the primary client contact, attend meetings, and deliver regular reports on performance and improvements. Ensure regulatory compliance through audits, manage incidents, and implement corrective actions. Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement to drive cost optimization and asset management. Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering with 7–10 years of M&E experience, including 3 years in a senior role. Full-time position with travel across sites and emergency response capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 7–10 years of M&E facilities management experience
- At least 3 years in a senior or managerial role
- Strong expertise in M&E systems
- Knowledge of local codes/standards (e.g., Fire Code, WSH)
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Budgeting skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in CMMS/CAFM systems
- Ability to travel across sites
- Ability to respond to emergencies when required
