MEP Manager

Job Summary
Lead coordination of MEP scope on a Fargo project from design through closeout, overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work; supervise design progress and ensure compliance with local codes; serve as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and design teams; provide technical guidance to superintendents and project managers; analyze project plans for constructability and cost feasibility; manage MEP budgets, quantities, and pricing; develop RFPs and collaborate on budgets and schedules; coordinate quality plans, QA/QC, safety, and commissioning; contribute to design meetings and BIM/model-based coordination; require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management and 6+ years of MEP/commercial construction experience; strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; LEED certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 6+ years of MEP and commercial construction experience
- LEED certification (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other 3D software
