MEP Inspector/ Mechanical Inspector

Oversee design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and contract specifications. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents to verify quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, adherence to approved drawings, and safety protocols. Inspect and test installations at various construction stages to verify functionality and compliance. Investigate and resolve MEP-related issues, clashes, or defects by coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to implement corrective actions. Prepare detailed records of inspections, testing results, approvals, and non-conformance reports. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on MEP matters, including resolving queries and coordinating interdisciplinary works.
