Job Summary
Coordinate tenant fit-out works for MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection across shopping malls. Review drawings, material submittals, and technical documents to ensure compliance with mall standards and local regulations. Conduct routine site inspections, monitor progress, and identify technical issues for corrective actions under senior guidance. Support testing and commissioning activities before handover while maintaining records and monitoring contractor performance. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met during all fit-out activities. Assist in emergency maintenance coordination and stay updated on basic MEP standards and industry practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 1 – 3 years of experience in MEP, fit-out coordination, facilities management, or construction projects
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Location: On-site –Cairo, EGY
